Mark graduated from Surrey University with a 2nd Class Hons degree. He then joined Verdict Research a leading Retail research company. He then moved into the recruitment sector and joined a leading Executive Search firm in London where he gained exposure to Senior Accountancy and Finance executives. Mark has successfully worked on various recruitment desks, including Engineering, Technical across the UK. He has placed and managed preferred supplier agreements with some leading PLC and blue chip companies across the UK, America and Europe. He can be contacted on mark@rgsearch.co.uk

James graduated from Northampton University with a BA Hons Degree. He then joined the Commission for Health Improvement, a NHS Health Inspectorate working within the Clinical Governance Review teams. He then moved on to a number of roles working within Finance and Operations for a number of blue chip companies, such as Argos and Corus Hotels. Before joining RG Search as a Consultant he worked for the College of Optometrists in their Education team.
